From May 19 to 22, 2009 Republic Scientific Technical Library took part in Belarusian Industrial Forum, the biggest review of new technologies, and received a Diploma for organization thematic literature exhibitions and informational support of international exhibitions.

RLST will represent titles from its collection dedicated to the important issues of energy and resource saving, organization of modern production, industry automation, welding, nondestructive testing instrumentation and methods, protection of labor, and environmental safety.

A thematic exhibition titled, "Global Climate Changes – Decrease of Biological Diversity" opened on the eve of the International Day for Biological Diversity in the Informational Center of the Republic Scientific Technical Libr
ary. The exhibition displays the titles from the collection of the Sustainable Development Library.

From May 4 to 29, 2009, a new exposition called, "Equipment and Automation Systems for Power Enterprises" will work as part of the permanent exhibition on energy saving in the Informational Center of the Republic Scientific Technical Library.
The exhibition features titles from the collections of RLST scientific technical literature and the Sustainable Development Library.
Experts of power energy enterprises and all interested in the issues of energy saving and the equipment and automation systems are welcomed to visit our exhibition.
