On October 11th Day of Information "Standards: great benefit to the small-scale business" devoted to the World Standards Day commemorated on October 14th was held at the reading room.

At the reading room of Vitebsk regional library for science and technology - RLST branch - Day of Information "Standards: great benefit to the small-scale business" will be held. It's devoted to the World Standards Day celebrated on 14th October.
The Literature exhibition is being arranged on which the books, periodicals, normative and legal, standard technical documents concerning standardization problems in all fields of human activities and in small-scale business in particular.
The event programme includes the recent accessions review, consultations on electronic catalogues operation and databases.
We invite experts in standardization, instructors and students of appropriate specialties, heads and employees of enterprises and associations, entrepreneurs and modern business people.
The exhibition is scheduled to be held until October 17th.

Since October 9th the specialized exhibition "Standards and citizens: contribution to society development" devoted to the International Standardization Day has been arranged at the reading room of Brest regional library for science and technology. There are more than 60 publications on ecological management, information technologies, food safety, management and products quality assurance as well as catalogues of standard technical documents, scientific and production periodicals on the exposition.
The materials are designed for employees and heads of associations and enterprises.

At the reading room of Mogilev RLST the ongoing literature exhibition "Energy saving and energy efficiency" is held, on which books, periodicals and standard technical documents on energy saving and fuel resources are represented.
