Dear visitors of our website,
Since May 24, 2004 a permanent exhibition entitled, "National Sustainable Development Strategy" has been working in the Information Center of the Republic Scientific Technical Library with the support of the Public Information Department of the UN Office in Belarus. The exhibition features books, brochures, and periodicals on ecological, economic, and social issues including the problems of national resources protection and conservation and elimination of Chernobyl catastrophe after-effects. The interested experts will obtain here the information related to environmental safety of population, ecological management improvement, collection and utilization of hard waste, social support of the unemployed, employment issues, reformation of public service, educational and healthcare systems both in separate states and in the world.
The exhibition is open for all users on weekdays
from 9:00 to 17:30 in the Information Center (Room 607).

Energy Saving Exhibitions
On June 14, 2007 President of Belarus signed a directive no. 3, "Economy is a Main Factor of Economic Safety of the State." To raise readers' awareness in the field of new technologies of energy and resource saving, the Information Center of the Republic Scientific Technical Library provides a permanent exhibition "Economy is a Factor of Economic Development of State."

Information Days -
are displays of new acquisitions received for RLST collection during a week. Among them there are domestic and foreign books and magazines, publications of scientific technical information (STI) bodies, patent-legal literature and normative documents on standardization, industrial catalogues, bibliographic and abstract publications excluding electronic versions of publications.
The displays are available in room 609 (reading room of acquisitions) Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 20:00.
