We invite juristic persons that concluded an
agreement with RLST on information servicing to make use of services on electronic
copying and delivery of documents' fragments by e-mail.

needed document right now! NOTE! Electronic delivery of documents is a paid service.
THE ORDER AND CONDITIONS FOR FULFILLING THE ORDERS.
EDD service makes scanning of fragments of scientific-technical documents available
at RLST funds and sends electronic copies to the e-mail of the Customer.
WHO CAN BE A CUSTOMER?
• Corporate bodies (enterprises, organizations, establishments) that have concluded
an Agreement with RLST on providing the paid library-information services.
• Juristic and natural persons paying services by written order or in cash when
visiting the Library.
WHAT ONE CAN ORDER?
• Titles from domestic and foreign books and magazines.
• Separate chapters and articles from books and magazines.
• Separate parts of normative-technical documents. (Note! Electronic options
of these publications are not legal documents and are intended for use in work
only for information purposes).
• Patent documents.
• Industrial catalogues.
• Normative-legal information from data bases.
• Subject bibliographic lists and etc.
HOW ONE CAN ORDER AN ELECTRONIC COPY?
To make an order one should register (to enter password and login) and to
fill in a special order form pointing out information about the required document,
necessary format (JPG, PDF, Word and others) and the volume of information in
Mb, that your electronic post box can accept.
A special order form is filled in for each document.
To verify the information about the availability of a document one should cheque
the electronic catalogue of RLST or to make a call to the room of catalogues
and card catalogues, tel.: 203-31-00.
One may also make an order by e-mail: edd@rlst.org.by, by. Tel.: 203-32-41 or
when visiting the Library (a special order-form with a stamp "ÝÄÄ"
is filled in)
EDD service does not carry out a subject selection of information sources.
TERMS.
Orders up to 50 pages in volume are fulfilled within 1-5 days. In case it is
impossible to fulfill the order in the fixed period a Customer must be informed
in 24 hours at the latest after receiving an order.
DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC COPIES.
RLST is not responsible for the faults in delivery of copies owing to circumstances
beyond its control:
• limited technical means of a customer to receive e-mail messages;
• lack of money at the Customer's account.
NOTE!
• RLST notify a Customer in advance about the obligatory observance of legislation
of the Republic of Belarus on copyright. Obtained copies may be used only for
scientific and educational purposes.
• It is not allowed: to use copies for commercial purposes, to hand them over
to third persons, to publish them in separate parts as well as in full text.
A Customer is responsible for violation the copyrights.
